Yelronais, unusually for her, _still_ somewhere other than the Warehouse District. Mostly she's still staring at the spot where the Taaran larvae attacked. She's really having trouble getting over that, apparently.

GAME: Chay refreshes spells.

Morgan is sitting under the Eluna temples over hang sitting on her lap is a open book.

Well. There are sith-makar and there are...nonscaled, apparently. This one, totally a nonscaled, makes his way from the temple of Gilead. He pauses at its entrance. Looks back towards the grand structure.

...then, makes his way down the steps. The human looks a touch awkward, his clothes bearing Charneth colors and a hat, though his hesitancy doesn't speak of that nation at all. Unless one were on the underbelly of it.

"...pea--Yelrona!" he says, coming to the end of the steps. He does not seem to recognize Morgan.

GAME: Yelrona rolls perception: (15)+20: 35

Yelrona had not thought anything strange about the perfectly human-looking non-Sith walking past, until he called attention to himself. Then she regards the stranger carefully, squints, blinks, stares, laughs, and nods. Mostly in that order. "Yes, that's my name, Stranger I've Never Met Before. Nice to meet you! Are you all right?"

Morgan looks up to her friend talk but seems a bit concerned as she closes the book and readys her self.

"They are hunting me," Chay says in low-voiced. "This one doesn't...this one...I need a new identity, sser. One iss given to understand that Tariens are good at ssuch ideas." The human, totally a human, looks towards the side of Temple Square. He hasn't budged far from Gilead's, to tell the truth.

He keeps his voice low, though one can easily see the tension in his shoulders. He pauses as Morgan stands up, and closes her book.

Yelrona nods. "We do all right," she says wryly. "That isn't bad," she adds... "It should be fine, as long as you don't call a hunter's attention to you like you did mine. But... a new identity, for how long?"

Morgan keeps a eye on them but since Rona does not seem scared or worried she goes back to her book.

"One iss not ssure, sser," the Totally a Human says. His lower lid twitches. "One would need ssomething where I could keep an eye on, on things." Chay looks towards the streets, and back. One Morgan sits down again he goes quiet for a moment.

Relaxes, then looks back. "And you are right, sser. One musst be careful. One musst learn mannerisms. And, one musst be visible, yet invisible. It iss perhaps an impossible thing, sser, but I do not ssee a choisse."

Yelrona hrms. "It might be simpler to have others keep an eye on things for you," she muses, "and camp out in the woods or something. But I understand what it's like to want to keep a hand in, and not put yourself entirely in other's hands." She thinks about it.

"I can coach you in human mannerisms," she says. "I've been known to use them myself. Voice is harder. The real question is, what role will you take?"

Morgan says from her book "His voice has to much base and holow in it. best try to speak like some one that lived with there throat was hurt and never healed right."

"One where I can keep an eye on the..." the not-a-sith-makar pauses. Then flinches.

"I am ssorry, sser. Thiss was all a misunderstanding," he says. He bows in the human style, and then turns towards the Gilean temple.

Yelrona nods at Morgan's suggestion. "It's a good idea. We can add a scar across your throat, and --" she stops short at his change of heart, looks around to see if there's a threat arriving, decides to follow Chay's lead even if she doesn't understand it. She steps away in a different direction and takes a longer route to the Gilean temple, counting on the extra speed that Tarien lends her feet to bring her there around the same time, from a different direction.

"What's the problem?" she asks him.

Morgan gets a sad look on her face as she thinks this is her faulghtt

The totally a human pauses, then looks over his shoulder. "One wearss a dissguise, and the hunterss find me. One whisspers, and one iss overheard. The godss mock me, sser."

"Two hunterss, and now three, have hunted and found me. One went to the woods, to deep within them, and they found me even there."

"...one may fight, s-sser, but one cannot fight a nation. One cannot...and if one fightss a bounty, one plasses a larger one."

The shoulders slump. He takes a breath, steadies it. "The godss mock me, sser."

Morgan looks confused "Are you being hunted for a crime or some other reason?"

Yelrona places a hand on Chay's shoulder. "Let me assure you, if there's one thing I know -- that any follower of Tarien knows -- about the gods, it's that when they mock you, you mock them right back." She considers the Temple. "Do you feel safer in there?"

"..." Chay looks towards the temple, and then looks back to Yelrona. He looks to her, focused. "One would feel ssafer with Charn dead, sser. But barring that..." he glances towards Morgan, "Pardon me, ser. I often do not think before I speak."

He takes a breath, and looks back. "...it wass nice to have known you, sser!" he says, and runs back into the temple. And well, he totally isn't going to stay there. He'll be on the move, again soon.

Morgan shakes her head "My ex's tell I am like that all the time, but with your accent I think I know what you are and I want you to know I will help you in your defence."

Chay goes Temple of Gilead <TG>.

Chay has left.

Yelrona regards the door with some uncertainty, and decides to leave it alone. "I have some errands I should be running," she tells Morgan. "I'll talk to you later!" before she heads off to the west.
